This custom frame portrays a very intense phase of Navy SEAL training called "Log PT". Some say this is the most searingly painful evolution during BUD/S [Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL, an intensive SEAL training course]. To the right of the frame is the SEAL Ethos, exemplifying the actions of operators on and off the battlefield. The creed is a code of conduct and inspirational daily reminder of the reasons why they train and fight.
